I tried to connect to my laptops USB port, so I bought an USB/Serial adapter, installed the USB/Serial driver from Meade, the computer recognized the adapter (giving it a Comm port number), but when I use the ASU software (or the Astronomer's control panel software), it can't find the Autostar.
